For its production line, LINCIS was requested to implement a lift leveling test system so that all the parts should be tested before going to the final assembly line of the car manufacturer.
Based on a distance measurement laser sensor, an USB data acquisition module from National Instruments and a PC already present on the production line with a software developed in LabVIEW, LINCIS implemented a low cost, simple and effective test system to measure, record and validate the distance between two points of the car window lift.
